We do not sell your personal data
Wenya Labs Pte Ltd does not sell your personal information to third parties, and has not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising purposes.
Our Privacy Notice (Section 15) confirms that we have not sold or shared personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve months, with the limited exceptions of location data shared with Google Maps Platform APIs to enable scheduling features, and usage data shared with Google Analytics and Mixpanel for analytics purposes. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time using our cookie preferences.
Plain English
We don't sell your data. We never have. This page exists because California law requires a link for users to make a formal opt-out request, even when no selling is taking place. If that ever changes, we will update this page and notify you.

We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. If you wish to use an authorised agent, please include proof of their authorisation with your email.
Cookie preferences
You can opt out of analytics cookies — the only non-essential cookies we currently use — at any time by tapping "Update my cookie preferences" in the footer of any page on this site.
Our site also honours the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If GPC is enabled in your browser, we automatically treat your visit as an opt-out from non-essential cookies.
Appeals
If we decline to take action on your privacy rights request, you may appeal by emailing info@wenyawanna.ai with the subject line "US Privacy Rights Appeal — [Your Name]". If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov or your state attorney general.
