This page is for California residents and other US users exercising their privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and equivalent privacy laws in other US states.
We do not sell your personal data
Wenya Labs Pte Ltd does not sell your personal information to third parties, and has not done so in the preceding twelve months.
Advertising and "sharing"
We advertise on platforms such as Apple, Meta, TikTok and Google. If you accept advertising cookies on our website, cookie or device identifiers and information about your visit are sent to those platforms so we can measure how our ads perform. Under some US state laws this may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising, or as "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time (see "How to opt out" below).
We also share location queries with mapping providers to enable scheduling features, and usage data with analytics providers. These are described in Section 13 of our Privacy Notice.
We do not use the content of your scheduling conversations, calendar or contacts for advertising.
Plain English
We don't sell your data. We do use advertising cookies, only if you say yes, to measure our ads. If you'd rather we didn't, turn off advertising cookies, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email us.
How to opt out
Cookie preferences. Click "Update my cookie preferences" in the footer of any page on this site and turn off Advertising (and Analytics if you wish).
Global Privacy Control. Our site honours the GPC browser signal. If GPC is enabled, we automatically treat your visit as an opt-out of all non-essential cookies, including advertising cookies.
By email. Contact info@wenyawanna.ai with the subject line "US Privacy Rights Request — [Your Name]".
Your rights under California and US state law
Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to:
- know whether we are processing your personal data;
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
- request deletion of your personal data;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data, and of targeted advertising;
- non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

How to make a request
To make any privacy rights request, including to access your data or request deletion, email info@wenyawanna.ai with the subject line "US Privacy Rights Request — [Your Name]". We respond within 45 days as required by California law. We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. If you use an authorised agent, please include proof of their authorisation with your email.
Appeals
If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal by emailing info@wenyawanna.ai with the subject line "US Privacy Rights Appeal — [Your Name]". If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the California Privacy Protection Agency (cppa.ca.gov) or your state attorney general.
