What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to give website owners information about how their site is being used.

We also use similar technologies such as web beacons and pixel tags, which work in a comparable way. When we refer to "cookies" in this policy, we mean all of these technologies.

The cookies we use

We use two categories of cookies on this site. You can choose which categories you accept using our cookie banner or by updating your preferences at any time using the link at the bottom of this page.

Essential

Required for the page to work (e.g. remembering your confirm/decline action). Cannot be turned off — without them the page cannot function correctly. Example: wenya_consent (stores your cookie preference). Retained up to 6 months, or until you clear your browser storage. Opt out: not available.

Analytics

Help us understand how visitors use this page — for example, how many people land on it, how many confirm or decline a meeting, and which parts of the page people interact with. We use Google Analytics and Mixpanel. No data that identifies you personally is shared. Examples: Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), Mixpanel. Retained up to 2 years (Google Analytics default); raw data anonymised after 12 months. Opt out: yes — update your cookie preferences at any time.

Cookies we do not use

We do not use advertising or targeting cookies. We do not build profiles of you for advertising purposes, and we do not sell or share cookie data with advertising networks. Our Privacy Notice confirms that we do not sell your personal data.

Managing your preferences

When you first visit this page, our cookie banner gives you the choice to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage your preferences in detail. Your choice is saved for six months. You can change your mind at any time by tapping "Update my cookie preferences" in the footer of this page.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Note that blocking all cookies will affect how this page works.

Google Analytics opt-out. If you have accepted analytics cookies and later wish to opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For more information on how Google uses data, visit policies.google.com/privacy.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser has Global Privacy Control (GPC) enabled, our site will automatically treat your visit as if you have rejected non-essential cookies. The banner will not appear and no analytics cookies will load. We honour GPC signals as required under applicable US and EU privacy law.

Do Not Track

Our site does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. This is consistent with our Privacy Notice, which explains that no uniform standard for DNT has been adopted. We respond to GPC signals instead (see above).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, display a notice on the cookie banner so you can review and re-confirm your preferences.
